Comfortable, non-smoking apartment of 38 m2 on the 3rd and top floor of a beautiful secure Normandy residence in Clos Mathilde overlooking the Aquilon park. The residence is located 300 m from the sea with secure access by a pedestrian path, 12 minutes walk to the city center and the Grand Hotel, 300 m from the Thalasso. It has a very pleasant balcony (4 chairs + 1 table) quiet and not overlooked with a beautiful unobstructed view. PLEASE NOTE the accommodation does not have an elevator. The space The accommodation is composed of a bright living room with dining area for 5/6 people, sofa convertible into a 140 cm bed, 80 cm TV, micro stereo system. It has 2 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom (140 by 200 bed) with additional TV and 1 small independent bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90 by 200), 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 separate toilet with sink. The kitchen is fully equipped: 4 glass-ceramic hobs, dishwasher, refrigerator, 1 small classic oven, 1 microwave oven. You will also have a washer-dryer (5 kg of laundry), 1 drying rack, 1 blender, 1 mixer, 2 coffee makers (Senseo and filter), 1 kettle, 1 toaster, 1 juicer, 1 hair dryer and 1 vacuum cleaner. Unlimited WIFI included. Guest access Entire place. Easy and free parking around the Clos Mathilde residence. Small dog accepted upon request. Other things to note - Cleaning is the responsibility of our guests, this conditions everyone's access to a clean home. In the event of a failure to do so, additional cleaning fees will be charged (120 euros minimum). - Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels are not provided. - A travel cot cannot be installed in the bedrooms, there is not enough space. - Pillows and duvets are provided.
