My accommodation is close to bike paths, tennis, riding school, 2 golf courses, 3 minutes by car from the beaches and Lacanau lake Airport 40 mn, city center 3mn. You will appreciate my accommodation for the calm restful atmosphere on the edge of the spa in the middle of the pines and the oaks in a bright and shaded villa. My accommodation is perfect for families (with children). The space The villa is located within the domain of the Ardilouse in a quiet residential hamlet You will have on the floor: A living room, a dining room giving by large bay windows on a terrace shaded by two magnificent oaks; 4 rooms: 2 rooms with double bed with terrace with sight on the sported garden and 2 rooms with each 2 singles beds. A bed for children is available The kitchen open to the living room and the dining room is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, hob, 2 refrigerators, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, blenders, crockery and cutlery for 8 people In the basement summer kitchen with direct access to the garden fully equipped: fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, stove, crockery and cutlery for 8 people On the garden terrace a spa is available Guests can enjoy a barbecue as well as a ping pong table The house is easily accessible to the beach and shops by bike paths and by car; It is located at 500 m of the two golfs: golf of the Ardilouse and the Méjanne Guest access Travelers will have access to the whole house excepted two condemned rooms in the basement; On the other hand the fully equipped summer kitchen with direct access to the garden is available for travelers Other things to note Rules of Procedure: Non smoking Not suitable for pets No party or evening The time of entry is from 4 pm to 9 pm The house must be left clean
