The space As an interior designer myself, I have created a fun space that has a bit of a funky "industrial" edge including concrete floors in the kitchen and finished lacquered plywood in the main living space and master bedroom. Almost every light has a dimmer switch so you can create an elegant ambiance in the evenings. Guests usually tell me that they feel very comfortable here and not afraid to put their feet up and get cozy on the comfortable sofa or sipping wine by the fire. The master bedroom is downstairs while the other 2 bedrooms are separated on the 2nd floor, not sharing any walls. (2 queen beds and one full) All rooms feature down comforters & closet space. The home is very private, with most of the large windows and sliding glass doors facing a central courtyard where you can enjoy a BBQ and outdoor dining under a vine-covered overhang and dim-able string lights. There is unlimited street parking outside the front door. The attached garage has room for 1 car. Full size laundry, in the finished garage, just off the kitchen. The walk to BART or Downtown is approximately 15 minutes. Restaurants, coffee shop, Marriot Hotels, Bay Club Athletic Club, 24 Hour Fitness and Parks are also in close (5 minute) walking distance. This home is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Guest access There is a lockbox on the door. Lockbox code will be provided upon booking. Other things to note BART ACCESS/NOISE: With BART so close & convenient to the house, please be aware that the train runs nearby and you can sometimes hear it, primarily if the dual pane windows are open. (There are noise machines in each bedroom and earplugs in the supply cabinet, just in case you are a light sleeper.) SPA/POOL: The community pool/spa/tennis is open for your use from April 1-Oct 31.
