Great for Christmas and New year Celebrations. The space The property boasts a magnificent beamed wood lined reception hall with a stunning staircase leading to the upper levels. A large ornate drawing room with wooden double doors leading to a more informal TV/siting room. A dining room with ornate cornicing, traditional furniture and views of the garden. The oak kitchen is fully equipped with all you need, it has a four oven Aga alongside a conventional oven and gas hob. The kitchen leads to a sitting area over looking the garden,which in turn leads into a large conservatory with more seating and more relaxed dining. There are six bedrooms, three king size beds, two double beds, one of which has en-suite facilities and two single beds. Four of the bedrooms have wash hand basins .There are two main bathrooms upstairs. There is a cloak room downstairs with a wash hand basin and a toilet. At the bottom of the garden there is a summer house with a dining and seating area. The decking has a large BBQ and various seating for over sixteen people. Guest access we provide bed linen, tea, coffee etc. Guests will have the full access to all area including the summerhouse , decking and all seating area. To the front of the house there are spaces to accommodate up to 5 cars. Free parking can also be on the road at the front of the house. Other things to note Troon, which was voted recently the second most friendliest town in the UK is a small coastal town with a beautiful sandy beaches.
