Nested on an acre of trees and across from a beautiful city park, we are just one mile from historic downtown Bryan and 10 minutes from Texas A&M. Be sure to see our other listings if you need more space. The space The room is located on the 2nd floor of our colonial style historic family home. The house is rich with character, located on over an acre of land directly across from a large city park. Our park-like setting is just minutes from Historic Downtown Bryan's many restaurants, shops and nightlife. We are a 10 minute drive from Texas A&M University and walking distance to Blinn College. Guest access Guests will have access to a full private bath en suite, two living areas, kitchen, dining room and laundry facilities. During your stay Our family is very involved with both Downtown Bryan and Texas A&M University. We look forward to introducing you to our wonderful community and hope you will feel right at home. Other things to note Guests may enjoy seeing our sweet dogs Olive and Sophia playing outside. They generally do not interact with the guest but spend time outside and with us at night so as not to get too playful with guests. Both dogs are very, very friendly.
