2-room guest apartment in historic Giebichenstein

Completely newly built, separate 2-room guest apartment (about 45 m²) in the basement of the old Gründerzeit villa from 1872 in the historic district of Giebichenstein (north of downtown) in a very, very quiet location. However, we ask for your understanding that we only make the apartment available directly to private guests. A (commercial) subletting for third parties is not possible. The space The bright apartment with underfloor heating itself has a bedroom with double bed and desk (Wi-Fi, LAN, telephone) as well as a living room with a sofa bed for possibly another 2 people. The kitchen has everything you need for a short break (stove, range hood, microwave with hot air, toaster, kettle, coffee maker... The modern bathroom with a rainfall shower is equipped with a sauna. Guest access ... to the relaxing garden. Other things to note Towels and bed linens are included in the price. A baby crib can be provided on request.
