Apartment is very clean, nicely furnished. Popular Ann Arbor neighborhood, downtown a quick walk. No smoking/no pets/no parties. Air says a common workspace but it is private to you. Fully furnished with all household appliances, linens, towels, etc. Everything! Walk to downtown; shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Grocery items available at Argus Farm shop, food coop and Kerrytown/Farmers Market on Wed and Saturday. Close to the Big House and UM campus. An older Victorian house with charm and character plus updates! Laundry, yard, deck, front porch. Please feel free to enjoy the deck and gardens or sit on the front porch! There are cushions in the storage cabinet along with setups to eat on the deck; open the umbrella! Little to none. As much as a guest would want. We live in the downstairs unit. We are available for recommendations or suggestions for activities or restaurants. The Old West Side is a very popular desirable neighborhood. The houses are wood frame 100 yr old German built homes. Great for sitting on the porch and seeing everyone. Or relaxing in the backyard and enjoying the gardens. There are 2 very good coffee shops that are close by. One has food items, Jefferson Market. The other has a choice of delectable baked goods, food/grocery items for purchase, Argus Farm Stop. Uber/Lyft and public transportation is available. Bus Transit to and from the airport is very close. Walk to downtown and the University. There is live music on Sonic Thursdays at Liberty Plaza located at Liberty and Division. Food trucks available or grab something from Le Dog on your way!
