Although not detached the property benefits from a private garden with patio area and children's play area. The space The large open plan kitchen/dining area has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer and microwave, beautiful oak table able to seat 6 comfortably. The separate spacious lounge with original renovated wooden floor has 2 large comfy sofas, flat screen television, dvd and a selection of dvds to enjoy. A Wii games console is also provided with a selection of games for children and adults. The back door leads down to the private garden. Bedrooms A large master bedroom with en suite wc, lots of storage space with wardrobe and drawers. A put up bed can be made up in this room for extra accommodation. Twin room with wardrobe, drawers and view over the garden. Good sized shower room with storage space. Guest access Private garden but also access available to the communal games including trampoline, ping-pong, badminton, and football. Other things to note Please note that due to extra COVID precautions we ask all guests whether they prefer to bring their own bedding, if this is not possible it can be provided. Towels are not included in the price but we do provide a starter kit including toilet paper, kitchen paper, tea towel, salt and pepper, coffee, tea bags, sugar and washing up liquid.
