We are located a few minutes northeast of Bergerac and a short walk to the village of Saint Georges de Monclard. Our estate is surrounded by three hectares of greenery, has a lovely pool and is an ideal base for all your getaways. This cottage for 8 in contemporary design has a complete equipment to offer you maximum comfort. The space The accommodation has 4 bedrooms: 3 have a large double bed of 180 x 200 and one has two 90x200 beds. There are three bathrooms with WC: two with shower and one with bathtub. The equipment is complete: WiFi internet, TV 60p, washing machine, dryer, stove with oven 90 cm, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, dishes in quantity, battery and kitchen accessories, etc...
