Completely detached, luxuriously designed and extremely comfortable home with large garden, located in a unique location in recreational area "De Rottemeren". Completely outside and yet only 20 minutes from Rotterdam city center! Perfectly located to visit cities such as Amsterdam, The Hague, Delft and Gouda. The space Please note: Max. 4 adults. If you are a family with children and you are with 5 people, you can apply for an extra person. This is only possible if it is a child, because there is a maximum of 4 adults. There is parking for two cars on private property, enclosed by an automatic wooden gate. In the cozy living room, there is a (gas) fireplace and sliding door to the garden and terrace. The round dining table is extendable, allowing up to 6 people to eat. The semi-open kitchen has a dishwasher, 4-burner gas hob, refrigerator and combination microwave. A basement room of about 16 m2; great place for the kids to play a game or to stay fit yourself by using the exercise bike or mats that are there to do some exercises on. This space is also great to use as a workplace. On the 2nd floor, there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The spacious bathroom has a large bathtub with hand shower, double sink, 2nd toilet and a luxury shower cabin with a rain shower. The master bedroom has a lovely large double box spring bed (220 x 200) and plenty of closet space. In the second bedroom, there is a single bed with box spring mattress. A second bed can be pulled out from under the bed. This bedroom also has a sink. The third bedroom has a similar single bed with a pull-out bed underneath. The garden is all around the house and has several places to sit. For example, there is the gazebo where you can enjoy not only in the summer, but also during the rest of the year. There is a jetty where you can dock a boat (boat rental nearby) and a large trampoline for the children. There is also a barbecue available. Guest access The entire house and garden are at your disposal. Ample parking on private property, which is closed by an electric gate. Other things to note TOURIST TAX We are legally obliged to charge tourist tax for every booking. This amounts to €3.56 p.p.p.n. This amount is therefore not visible at the time you make a booking. For this, you will receive a payment request through the Airbnb platform after booking. LONGER STAYS (28+ days) Please always make a request first for longer stays instead of booking directly. Please note: The monthly discounts shown for the months of MAY to SEPTEMBER appear to be incorrect! If you want to book a stay of 28 days or more during this period, please request the correct rates. For stays of 20 dg+, interim cleaning (time: 4 hours, cost: €110.00) will be scheduled. When renting to companies, weekly interim cleanings are always scheduled ( (time: 3 hours, cost: €80.00).
