A wonderfully warm and bright holiday home 10 min walk from the beach. 2024 renovated conservatory with newly landscaped terrace. Sheltered sunny garden. Shops, restaurants within cycling distance. Bike rental near duynhille next to our park. Playground and snack bar in the park at 5 min. Indoor swimming pool at 10 min: aquamundo No pets allowed in the vacation park. Only for vacation guests. The space Bedrooms The cottage has three bedrooms. Two of them are upstairs. One with two single beds and one with a double bed (and a separate single bed). The third bedroom is on the ground floor with a single bed that can be extended to a double bed. The room is then full. In the living room there is a sofa. All beds are provided with duvets and pillows (for 7 people in total). You must bring your own linen. (All mattresses and duvets are single, except 1 mattress upstairs that is double) Bathrooms There are two bathrooms. On the ground floor is a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Upstairs is a bathroom with a bath, toilet and sink. Hairdryer, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. are provided. There are no towels. Kitchen The kitchen has an oven and dishwasher, coffee maker, milk frother, toaster, mixer and of course plates, glasses, pans and cutlery. Please bring your own tea towels, dish towels and hand towels. Living room and dining room Here is the sofa bed and the TV. The TV is connected to cable and there is WiFi (password in book in the house). There is a spacious wooden dining table with 8 chairs. There are 4 stools at the dining bar. There is an extra seating area in the conservatory with a nice sofa. The conservatory has underfloor heating. The garden Here is a table for 4-6 people, a spacious lounge set (cushions are inside the garden house). There is also a lovely fatboy hammock that is in the garden house. In the shed there is also a handcart to take with you to the beach. There is a lock with it. Please use this if you need to leave the handcart/bicycle somewhere. Bicycles may also be used. These may be broken. If so, there is a bicycle repair shop at Landal. Furthermore, there is a BBQ, parasol, Mexican garden fireplace and fire pit. Please put everything back clean after use. The BBQ is never cleaned very well, unfortunately, so scrubbing it yourself before use is often necessary. The grate was replaced new in May 2024. Small pond in the garden. Small children In addition to the handcart (in the black shed) that is useful for taking things for the children to the beach, we also have a travel cot, plastic tableware and a high IKEA high chair for the little ones. In the cabinet under the TV are games and books. WiFi is free. Guest access Everything in and around the cottage is accessible to guests except the private closet downstairs in the bedroom and the storage under the stairs. Please feel free to use everything. There is one cupboard in the downstairs bedroom, please don't use the stuff in here. The supplies under the stairs are private as well. Please use everything. Please do not use the things in the cupboard under the stairs, that is our storage. Several dining places and play areas on beach. Lots of beach clubs with play set for children. ——————— On the grevelingen you can practice various water sports: sailing, windsurfing, diving, paddle boarding... on the beach there are special parts where kite surfing and surfing. Sailing, surfing, supping, kite surfing etc. —————————- Animals and parties are not allowed in our cottage. Parking next to the house is allowed to load and unload. There is a parking lot 100 m from the house. At the entrance of the park is a large parking lot where electric cars can also be charged. Bring your own linen for beds, bathroom and kitchen (fitted sheets, hand towels and tea towels) No pets or parties allowed in our house. Very strict control.
