Farmhouse with pool in South for 11

The space Old but recently renovated farmhouse. Very big with 300 m2 and 80 m2 for the principal room 6 bedrooms et 2 bathrooms, 2 separeted WC. Swimmingpool 10X5 m (piscine hors sol enterrée). Garden 15000 m2 At ground floor a big bedroom (35-40m2) with 140 cm bed with a mezzanine with 140 bed ( mais la rembarde de l'escalier de la mezzanine n'est pas sécurisée pour de petits enfants) and a bedroom-play room with 110-120 bed. At first floor, 2 big bedrooms, 1 with 140 bed and 1 with 3 90 cm beds and a third smaller bedroom with 110-120 bed. 2 bathrooms and 2 separated WC. No internet, no wifi, no phone. We do not supply sheets nor towels unless agreement beforehand Isolated in nature but at 5 mn to commodities (town=Beaumont de Lomagne) and Gers and 40 mn to Toulouse, 1h30 to mediterranee sea and pyrenees nountains and 2 h to atlantic ocean. In Beaumont de Lomagne , you have 3 supermarkets. You can see all lovely little village near Beaumont (the most famous are Maubec, Auvillar, Moissac, Sarrant, Saint Clar, Lauzerte) and farer Toulouse (40 Km), Carcassonne (140 km). For leisure, you have in house swimmingpool 10X5, ping-pong, bikes and in Beaumont Tennis, horse riding and racecourse , a big nice swimmingpool and a lake .You have other lake at 10 mn from house in Saint Sardos. You can have boat trip on Canal du Midi at 10 mn in Montech , Montauban and Ingres museum at 20 mn l space city at Toulouse (50 km) and for children 2 attraction parks 1 at 10 mn, agrip aventure à Montech and 1 at 30 mn, le parc Walibi à Agen. Every week you have market in each village (in Beaumont, the market is saturday morning). You have lot of festivals in summer near. The most famous are music festival in moissac in cloistre and medieval festival in Sarrant . And of course you have french gastronomy and a lot of very good restaurants (a lot of french specialities like foie gras, confit......)
