The mid century building has been recently renovated with original wood flooring, new kitchen cabinets, and finishes to give each unit a clean, modern look and feel. The front entrance leads to an oversized living room with lots of natural light and impressive southern view. The bedroom is spacious and equipped with a ceiling fan and large closet. The kitchen features beautiful tile which gives the space a designer feel. The apartment is exclusive to the guest/s who book. There are 3 other apartments on the property that are not shared space. Parking is in the back of the building for one medium sized car. The garden in the front is secured with key code entry. We make check-in and check-out simple using a lock box. You will have support anytime you need it but we make sure to provide privacy to our guests. Centrally located in a vibrant neighborhood called West Adams neighborhood consists of mid century 4plexes + single family homes. It is currently in a period of rapid transformation due to its central location and the influx of restaurants like the reimagined Johnny’s (3 blocks away)or hipster cool Alta, Highly Likely, Tartine Bakery and Mizlala . A quick drive to LAX, USC Village, Culver City, Downtown Arts District and the West side. Uber and Lyft pick up quickly for anywhere you need to go. It’s a 15 minute walk to the Metro that will get you anywhere from Downtown to Santa Monica and there is a bus stop less than a bloc away. The off street parking, which is in the rear of the building would not be able to accommodate large SUV's or Trucks.
