The Villa, 750m from beach, is a 3 bedroom house in Klein Slangkop Estate. This has private access onto Kommetjie public beach and borders on Table Mountain National Park. Pet friendly. Swimming pool, DSTV satellite, Netflix, linen change service 1/week, mid week clean, full kitchen. The space Kommetjie Villa is situated 750 metres from the beach at the end of a quiet road. Table Mountain National Park borders the Villa on its East side and Imhoff's fynbos fields borders the house on the South side. To the North of the house is an open vista looking across our Estate's nature reserve to Klein Slangkop koppie and Chapman's Peak and the Constantiaberg Mountains with limited beach views. This setting allows for a tranquil bush experience while near a beach and in a beautiful City. There is a nature trail to a spectacular lookout point on Klein Slangkop koppie - only those staying in the Estate are able to access this lookout. The Estate had access onto pristine white sand Kommetjie beach through one of 3 private gates. A large sunroom with an 8 seater dining table and lounge area runs the width of the house, it's frameless glass stackable doors allow for access onto the large pool and garden. The pool is fully enclosed and there are child proof catches on the gates. There ia a toddler play park in the Estate. The Estate is a great place for kids to run around, skateboard and bicycle. We provide wood for the indoor lounge's enclosed fireplace - the house is triple layer insulated, cool in summer, warm in winter. A piano, boardgames, children's books and an extensive library are available for guests to enjoy. Main bedroom, upstairs a king size bed; 2nd bedroom, downstairs, twin extra length beds; 3rd bedroom, downstairs on the back veranda, queen bed (suitable for adults and older teenagers). There is also a single extra length bed on the landing area upstairs. A portable cot is available. Pedestal fans are provided in each bedroom and for the single bed on the upstairs landing. Kitchen - double width electric oven, gas hob, electric hob, dishwasher, double door fridge, coffee grinder, blender, microwave etc. Laundry - 16kg top loader BBQ area - firepit and Weber charcoal BBQ The Estate is a controlled access Estate, with a guardhouse, patrolling guards on bicycles and a panic button system - these provide security for our guests. Hotel type safe for small items. We live next door on the eastern boundary and our dogs provide extra security. Guests enjoy privacy, we are on hand only if required to provide tourist advice etc. Guest access Guests have sole use of the 8m x 3.5m pool on the property. There are skateboards and scooters for guests use - enjoy a quick zip down to the beach 750 metres away. Washing machine on the premises for guests.
