Beautiful mansion at the center of tourist activities

The cottage, located in a magnificent 18th century stone manor, is ideally located in the heart of northern Brittany, not far from the sea and Mont St Michel, close to many tourist activities (Dinan, Dinard, St Malo…). It benefits from a setting that is at the same time green, quiet and relaxing for those who love the countryside, beautiful stone, animals and beautiful gardens and at the same time, the city of Dol de Bretagne, its market, its train station, its restaurants, is a 7-minute drive away The space The cottage has undergone renovation work (kitchen redone, bedding and furniture changed, bathrooms largely redone). With an initial area in the lower part of 72 m², it consists of a kitchen/dining/living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The cottage is fully equipped both inside (crockery, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, baby bed, Wi-Fi, etc.) and outside (garden table, barbecue, etc.). Sheets are provided but not towels. In the cottage, there are the basic necessities for breakfast (coffee, tea, chocolate, sugar...) Finally, the vacation rental has recently had a wood-burning stove that can be used by tenants from October 1 to March 31 (wood provided for 1 to 2 fires, more wood at an additional cost: 5 euros per wheelbarrow which corresponds to about 2 fires) Small clarification that is important: located in a very old manor, some walls of the cottage are made of exposed stone and therefore not covered with plasterboard. Stone means a temperature that remains very acceptable and pleasant in the middle of a heat wave and in winter a need to heat more, hence the provision of the wood stove in addition to the electric radiators although it is not cold in the cottage. The cottage will not be suitable for people allergic to dust because the stone gives the feeling of a dust residue, nor for people who want a winter temperature of 22 degrees😉. Guest access Guests have access to the entire vacation rental and a large part of the garden. A garden table will allow tenants to have lunch or dinner outside sheltered from the sun if necessary. Other things to note When tenants arrive, the beds are made and the cottage has been checked. However, we have chosen not to charge a cleaning fee. It is therefore up to each tenant to ensure that the cottage is left clean (garbage cans, dishwasher emptied, floor washed, stove cleaned, beds undone...) and tidy (dishes...)
