Welcome! This 1000 sqf modern studio overlooks Point Ruston and Puget Sound. Enjoy miles of waterfront walking or biking along the Puget Sound, just a 5 minute walk away! Theater, Restaurants all at the newest destination in Tacoma, Point Ruston. If you just want to hangout you'll have Beautiful Puget Sound Views, private entrance, private covered patio, theater seating, wall sconce lighting, stream your favorite Netflix movies on the 75 inch 4k TV. Cable available, on site parking. The space VIEWS! Private entrance, clean, quiet, private covered patio, soft close cabinets and drawers, new everything including the 75 inch smart tv. Built in 2016. The studio has it's own private entrance with Smart Lock Keypad. 3 large bay windows face North to take advantage of the views. The space is completely separated from the Main House. Wall to wall carpet in the sleeping and home theater area makes for a very quiet space, (all guests are asked to remove their shoes inside). The kitchenette is right off the main area with keurig, microwave and fridge. Full private bathroom with tub and shower. LED canned lights, wall sconces and lamp lighting throughout makes for a bright inviting space or close the blackout shades and sleep until noon. Guest access Yard and private covered patio overlooking the Puget Sound. Other things to note I think there's a deer that makes its bed occasionally right outside the studio's bay windows. 🦌
