The living room has a 50 inches flat screen TV with WiFi. You can enjoy both local and international channels. It has a brand new high spec dining room table and 6 chairs. The entire bedrooms, landing and stairs are fitted with new floor carpets and the living room with wood flooring. The entire house is fitted with brand new top of the range curtains. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with new white kitchen cabinets and new appliances such as: brand newly fitted electric cooker with oven, brand new fridge/freezer with water dispenser, brand new washing machine, brand new dishwasher, brand new kettle, toaster, microwave, tea/cofee/sugar and bread compartments. It also has new cooking utensils and tableware including drinking glasses, wine glasses and mugs. In the house, there is steam iron, ironing board, hair dryer and shampoo for guest use.
