Large house ideal for holidays with family or friends in Yport, between Etretat (12 km) and Fécamp (6 km). Yport is a coastal village with a beautiful pebble beach, cliffs as well as restaurants and some shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser). The house is located 400 meters from the beach. The house is equipped with a sauna for 6 people (available free of charge). The space This is an old captain's house, of traditional construction, not entirely restored flint brick, with functional fireplace and sauna with entrance on the ground floor, dining room, living room, kitchen, toilet on the first floor, 3 bedrooms, on the second floor 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine; 800 meters from the beach.
