Tesido, 10" in an equidistant position between San Candido and Brunico, is 28 km from Cortina d'Ampezzo and 20" from Lienz (Austria). Swiss pine finishes, elegant upholstery and exclusive views. APARTMENT DESCRIPTION. Living room/stube, double sofa bed, LED TV. Large panoramic terrace with access from the living room (approx. 25 sqm), finely equipped with benches and solid wood table. Open kitchen with: microwave, Nespresso, grill, kettle, induction plates, refrigerator and various dishes. Elegant double bedroom with antique furniture, TV and terrace overlooking the track and Monte Cristallo. Bathroom with a large shower. The panoramic terrace with exclusive access from the double bedroom overlooks the Dolomites, the Guggenberg slope in front of the apartment and the Hitte hut with catering service and ski school. From the living room, you have access to a balcony that also overlooks the mountains. Double sofa bed in the living room. Ideal vacation and comfortable home for a couple + 1 child. As we also love comfort very much, we inform you that the house is NOT suitable for 4 adults (2 couples). In the apartment, a cot with an anti-suffocation pillow for babies/children is available upon request at an additional cost of €40.00/week (sheet and pillowcase not available). WASHING MACHINE ON REQUEST FOR A FEE (€50.00/week - €80.00/2 weeks). Pets are NOT allowed. Ideal location for those who love to walk with and without a bicycle (which can be rented on site) and for those who love cross-country skiing and traditional skiing. From Tesido, there are numerous routes in the most beautiful South Tyrolean trails that can brighten up your vacation. Guest access Guests will have access to all parts of the house (stube-living room, open kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, terrace and balcony. Other things to note In winter: the ski slope (Guggengerg) that the house overlooks is 2.5 km long, it is ideal for everyone but especially for beginner children. This slope is open once a week, even at night (Friday), and is artificially lit! On New Year's Eve, from terrace 2 you can experience both the local show performed by young local ski athletes and the snowcat! Tesido is halfway between the slopes of Plan de Corones and those of Monte Elmo/San Candido (Croda Rossa). You can reach them by train (5-10 min.) or by car. After a few kilometers, you will reach the 50 km long cycle path that connects Val Pusteria with Austria (Lienz), passing through forests and characteristic villages. Along the way, you can't miss a stop at the Loacker factory to taste the goodness this location offers. An experience that you can't miss in summer! If you love walking/hiking in the mountains, there are numerous and fantastic trails that you can take from Tesido!
