Saddleback Ski Lodge - Ski-in-Ski out Condo

Ski in, ski out beautiful townhouse at on the highest road on Saddleback Mountain Ski Resort. Sun filled, 55" and 40" HDTVs with directv, extra playroom w couch and Giant lovesac beanbag. Master bedroom with king bed, bunk room w double and trundle, upstairs queen. Nice deck w amazing lake views and beyond. Come in the spring/summer for hiking the AT, biking & access to Trophy rivers for native brook trout fly fishing or Fall for unbelievable fall colors. The space Highest row of condos on the mountain provides awesome views and easy access to ski in and ski out of the front door when the snow is good. On low snow years, it’s an easy flat walk to the trail down to the lodge. Guest access The entire house is yours except for a small owners lockout crawl space closet by the laundry room. During the summer there is a sliding glass door from the downstairs room that accesses the backyard with plenty of space for hanging out, playing cornhole or washers, etc. plenty of parking in front. Other things to note There is no air conditioning. It is usually not needed, but there are some weeks in the summer when it can get hot. The downstairs stays cool and we have fans to use as well. Opening the windows and front door to pull air through usually cools it off. We also recently installed a large ceiling fan to move the air.
