Walking, cycling, tennis, fishing, kayaking, trampoline... An active, cultural or simply quiet holiday - everything is possible. Have a drink, have a barbecue and relax while the little ones play in the large garden with playground. Ideal for two couples or a family with 2-3 children. The space A nice holiday home with its own kitchen, BBQ, garden furniture, 2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with large shower. View of the Maas and also the beautiful Maas valley & Ardennes wooded hills. Very quiet location. Guest access You have access to the Champagne cottage and the estate park and all that it offers. There is a playground for children, a trampoline, a tennis court, deckchairs, garden furniture, bike hire, kanoe hire, etc. From June to September, a heated pool is available for all guests. You can also buy wines on site. Our wine list is available in each gîte. You have access to wifi in the holiday houses as well as satellite TV. Other things to note Pets are allowed but we ask you to respect the premises. The only access is via the greenway and is only accessible to guests of the domain. The linen package is compulsory and costs 15€ per person. The sheets are 100% cotton and the towels are hotel quality. This way, your beds are made before your arrival. You can use a whole private house but please remember that there are other guests on the estate and silence is requested from 10pm. Therefore, in order to preserve the peace and quiet of the property, parties are only allowed on request. Student parties, bachelor parties and drinking parties are not permitted in any of the holiday homes.
