Fern Hollow is a private real log cabin on a stocked trout stream 11 miles from Murphy, NC. Large front porch where you can listen to the creek from your rocking chair or you can enjoy a fire creekside in the Adirondack chairs. Easily accessed from a paved road... no 4WD required. Convenient to the Cherokee Valley River Casino in Murphy or countless waterfalls and hiking trails. Well-behaved dogs are welcome with a pet fee. Limit 2 . Cats are not allowed. The space The whole cabin is at your disposal as well as the stocked trout stream. Be sure to check the NC Fishing Regulations. There’s satellite hi-speed Internet as well as Directv and a lot of DVD’s. Guest access Guests have total access to the whole property. Other things to note In addition to the Airbnb rental terms, there is a mandatory NC lease that must be signed prior to checkin and a government issued ID with an address submitted to me as well as verified with Airbnb. The pet fee does not cover damage. You will still be responsible for any damage your pets cause. Limit 2 dogs. Cats are not allowed. All dogs must be current with vaccinations and on a flea and tick program. For your protection and mine, security cameras are on the property. All cameras are outside in common areas in plain sight and record when they detect motion.. No cameras are inside the cabin. I only monitor cameras when the cabin is not occupied for security due to the cabin’s remoteness. If exterior cameras concern you, please do not rent this cabin. Please DO NOT cover, remove, unplug or in any other manner disturb the security cameras or your rental may be terminated without a refund. Internet- The WiFi is Starlink satellite and is fast enough to provide streaming services on multiple devices. An extensive DVD collection is also available. Ask if you have any questions. Only authorized guest are allowed on the property without prior authorization from the owner or will be considered trespassing. Be prepared to provide name and age of each guest.
