Third floor direct oceanfront condo! Be on the beach in 4 minutes with gated private boardwalk! 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bathroom and a kitchenette. Heated pool, outdoor showers for pets & people, bbqs near the pool, communal laundry, elevators & ice centers. Leashed pets are allowed on the beach. The condo is a 15-20 minute drive to the downtown area. January 2026: We have installed a brand new 50" Smart TV in the living room. The space This condo has an incredible view from the bancony. Right on the water, you have a 180 degree view of the beach and ocean from the balcony. Please note that this is a studio unit, it's quite cozy for two people. There is a bedroom, a small living space, bathroom and kitchenette. The building was built in the 1980s and has not undergone major rennovations since then. People love this unit for having an amazing balcony view of the beach, having an oceanfront pool and beach access, not for the interior, as it is a bit dated. Guest access The entire condo is yours.
