The space ___DETAILS___ The restored farm is located in the old town center of Eisenach and, with its good transport links, offers a balanced mix between nighttime tranquility and proximity to sights in Bitburg, Trier (each about 20 km) and Luxembourg (about 10 km). Next door is Irrel with its waterfalls, the "Devil's Gorge", a Westwall museum and shopping. There is the possibility to go for a walk or hike or simply relax in the courtyard under the parasol. Perhaps also to immerse yourself in a book with a glass of wine on the attic converted into a large living room by the cozy Bullerjan wood-burning stove! Most guests come to enjoy space, time and silence, which is why the house deliberately does not have a television, dishwasher or Wi-Fi – mobile phone reception is usually not good (pssst, but there are three steps further at the free Wi-Fi bus stop of the village). There is a Blu-ray player (also DVDs and CDs) with a monitor, as well as a ping-pong table and a dart game. You can barbecue outside. There are brochures on places to see, hiking maps and non-fiction books as well as novels ready for you. Except in the kitchens, there are warm wooden floors everywhere. ___THE ENTIRE COURTYARD___ After parking directly by the house in the courtyard, you enter the house through the ground-level front door. Ground floor: In the centrally heated, approx. 100 m² house there are two kitchens: On the one hand, the fully equipped new kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, 5 L hot water device under the sink, kettle, coffee machine, complete pot set with pans, cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery, tea and coffee pots, dish towels, pot holders and spices. On the other hand, the old kitchen for connoisseurs: in it you have the opportunity to cook on the old rod stove with wood provided. Unfortunately, the old stone oven is no longer in operation. Dining is then at the 2 m long oak table in the living room – there is room for up to 10 people. The sofa there could also be pulled out for two people to sleep (1.40 m wide). Music is available from the radio and CD player. Aux cable to play from iPod or smartphone is ready! The technology for heating, water and electricity is housed in the ground-level "basement room". There you will also find cleaning equipment and the clothes rack - food supplies and drinks that should be kept a little cooler can also be stored there. From the old kitchen, as usual, the old staircase leads to the upper floor. Upper floor: There are 2 bedrooms, each with a French bed (1.40 m wide) – bedding is available – and the bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet, urinal and sink. A hairdryer is available, towels are provided. From the hallway on the upper floor, you can reach the attic via the preserved, original staircase. Top floor: The top floor consists of a large room – open to the ridge – which is used as a living room. In addition to the central heating, there is a Bullerjan wood-burning stove, which invites you to sit comfortably and as an alternative source of heat. The wood for this is provided.
