Private room - super friendly flat

Apartment is situated in a famous university area near the most interesting places in the city, Rialto, San Marco, ecc.. In our flat we have a fully equipped kitchen! the apartment is sanitized with Ozone. At your arrival, you will pay 4 euro per person per night for the city tax, only for the first 5 days at your arrival you will pay 10 euro per chek-in (30 euro after 8pm, 50€ after midnight). The space Private double room in a nice flat in Venice city center, in front of University Cà Foscari. 10 min walking from the train station (Venezia S. Lucia) or Piazzale Roma. 10 min walking to Accademia bridge, 15 min to Rialto bridge or piazza San Marco . near my apartment there is a lot of nice resturants and bars, but in the evining is so quiet. Water bus stop is 'Cà Rezzonico', line 1 or 'San Tomà' line 2 I provide a double bed but i have an additional bed, so if you need it you should ask me before Our guests are of course free to use the kitchen and wifi! Of course we have no parking, but we can help you for this problem. Check in is at 2 pm and check out is at 10am.if you arrive after 8pm you need to pay 30€ for check in and if you arrive after midnight is 50€ for check in If you want to stay only one night we will ask you 20€ as cleaning fee For sure i will provide you sheets and towels.
