Chalet Ingrid - upper floor of a single-family home - not a complete apartment!

What makes the part of a single-family home so special? It is the upper floor in a single-family home in Heiligensee (on the outskirts of Berlin). The slowly developed construction of the house from 1930 to today makes it unique... (approx. 65 square meters) I live in the lower area. The space The upper floor is well equipped and newly renovated. Wi-Fi is available, bed linens, towels and a hairdryer as well. In the kitchen with dishwasher, 2-burner ceramic stovetop, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker and microwave, there is a good basic equipment incl. salt, pepper, oil and much more. Bicycles can be rented if needed! Since I also live in the house, I am always available and can help if needed. We have a common entrance. The construction is such that both areas are well separated, but it is not a separate apartment. I may need to go to the attic for supply reasons (hot water supply). The house is equipped with a solar thermal system (300 l storage tank). With few hours of sunshine in summer or in the transition period, the additional heating is controlled from the attic. For this I would have to go through the upper floor to the attic. Which of course only happens by arrangement. The sockets have child safety locks and, if necessary, I provide a high chair or a children's travel bed. For very young children, the stairs leading to the upper floor are not entirely safe. It's an open staircase. As a precaution, I classified the apartment as not child-friendly in the description. I myself am already... Guest access If necessary, a bicycle can be rented, for example to pick up rolls for breakfast in the morning. There is a seating area in the front yard and the back garden can also be used by arrangement. I also like to meet my guests in the garden.
