Kozi Cottage - Peaceful waterfront retreat

Wonderful place to kick back and relax! A peaceful, waterfront retreat offering you an escape from everyday busy city life. The space The KoziCottage is nicely situated on just over 2 private acres and overlooking a small and quiet lake. The main cottage offers 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, dining room with wood stove and a family room. The heated loft above the garage has 2 additional rooms, each equipped with a queen bed. There is plenty of outdoor space for the kids to run around, ride bikes and play games. You can swim, fish or just kick back in the hammock and relax with a book while taking in the beautiful sunset over the water. The water entry is nice and shallow and perfect for younger kids. A canoe is also available for our guests to explore the lake. Evenings are perfect to enjoy s'mores by the campfire. Starlink high speed internet is now available with free WiFi coverage across the cottage and loft, allowing you to work and play at the cottage! For winter guests, there is near by access to snowmobile trails - check the OFSC website for details. If you're looking to explore, the area is abundant with many other near by lakes, most have public boat launches and nice sandy beaches - all within 5-15 min drive from the cottage. Other things to note We do NOT provide linens, pillows, blankets or towels. Please make sure to bring these items with you. The town of Plevna is just a 5 minute drive away with LCBO, a bakery, gas station and a small grocery store.
