Tucked on just over 2 private acres at the water's edge, this peaceful retreat looks out over a small, quiet lake where the only sounds are birdsong, the occasional splash of a paddle, and the crackle of a campfire after dark. Whether you're here to truly unplug or just slow down, the lake has a way of resetting the pace. The space The cottage The main cottage sleeps your crew comfortably with 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a dining room warmed by a wood stove, and an inviting family room. Need a little extra space? The heated loft above the garage has 2 additional rooms, each with a queen bed — ideal for guests who like their own corner of quiet. On the water The lake entry is gentle and shallow, making it perfect for little ones to wade and splash. Spend your days swimming, casting a line, or drifting across the lake in the canoe we keep on hand for guests. When the afternoon winds down, the hammock is waiting — positioned just right to catch the sunset over the water. Around the property Two acres gives kids real room to roam — bikes, lawn games, and wide open space to burn off energy. When evening falls, gather around the campfire for s'mores under a sky full of stars. Good to know Starlink high-speed internet and free WiFi throughout the cottage and loft Near OFSC snowmobile trails in winter — a great base for exploring the trail network Surrounded by additional lakes within a 5–15 minute drive, most with public boat launches and sandy beaches Other things to note We do NOT provide linens, pillows, blankets or towels. Please make sure to bring these items with you. The town of Plevna is just a 5 minute drive away with LCBO, a bakery, gas station and a small grocery store.
