House on the Intracoastal canal with water views. The sunsets are amazing near our home. Enjoy deep water access and world class fishing just outside your door. Cook up your daily catch for friends & family in the "over the top" backyard entertainment space. Complete with HEATED pool with waterfall and large lawn area - this will be the go to spot for friends and family! The interior of this newer home is just as amazing. Great floor plan with view of the pool thatcan be enjoyed from almost every room. The kitchen is bright and airy with white cabinetry, new electric cooktop, stainless steel appliance package and center island. The Treasure Beach community is a rare find! Situated on the quieter, southern end of Anastasia Island, the community enjoys a canal system that offers direct deep water access (no bridges). Enjoy a night 'out' in your own backyard at one of the many wonderful eateries within walking and biking distance. The beach is just a short 2 minute drive away. Sleeping arrangements: Master: 1 King with ensuite dual sink bathroom, shower, jetted tub and walk-in closet 2nd: 1 Queen 3rd: Queen over Queen bunk beds and one twin 4th: 1 King Total: 11 The dock is not a floating dock and the canal depth rises and falls with the tides, the middle of the canal is still approx. 6ft even with low tide. You will have to make sure that you have enough line attached to your boat so that when the tide goes out the boat stays in the middle of the channel. The best place to rent a boat is probably at Devil's Elbow. We would encourage you to rent it for the day and then return it back to Devil's elbow at the end each day. Devil's elbow is just down the road, maybe a 5-minute drive away. Pets: Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a nonrefundable pet fee. They must be less than 50lbs each and no aggressive breeds. NO CATS! Please do not allow your dogs to jump up onto the beds or couches. If the dogs are accustomed to being allowed on the furniture at home, please bring blankets to protect the surfaces. If you forget to bring blankets, let us know and we will provide you with some. The pool heater thermostat is set to a temperature between 78 and 85 degrees F, depending on the time of the year. If the daytime air temp doesn't get above 58 degrees the pool will have a difficult time staying heated. The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you. Garbage and recycling must be taken out to the street Sunday night for Monday morning pickup. Please read the house rules. If you have a large family and need a second location please inquire with the host about our other property that is nearby. We are available to answer standard questions from 8 am to 5 pm. We keep our phones on 24/7 for emergencies only. Please try to only send us urgent texts/messages after 5 PM and before 8 AM. Great quiet neighborhood near the intracoastal and the beach. You will need a car to effectively move around. The history of St. Augustine is incomparable with almost any other on our coast. Founded in 1565 it is chock full of amazing places to visit, from the oldest house to the first schoolroom, to the impenetrable fort built by the Spanish. Lincolnville, just south of downtown St. Augustine takes you on a walking tour of the history of the civil rights movement noting where Martin Luther King stayed on numerous occasions. Needless to say, there’s also so many unique shops, and the restaurants are so varied and truly have an international flavor! There are things to do no matter the weather! You can take a free boat ride to Fort Matanzas and learn the history about the battles fought. Further south is Marineland where you can swim with dolphins! The St. Augustine and St Johns County area have a great variety of golf courses for players of every level and skill. There are always concerts at St. Augustine Amphitheatre and events at Francis Field as well. You will never run out of things to do here in St. Augustine. It is probably one of the most beautiful places in all of Florida, and for sure one of the most photographed! Come and see for yourself! The location of this property makes it convenient to most local points of interest and the value can’t be beat for the amount of space! You will be able to check-in with ease with the keycode we provide just before your stay, no keys to lose! Our properties are professionally maintained and cleaned. The hosts are just a message away to answer questions or give recommendations for local food and fun. Our pool technician comes on Tuesdays to check the chemicals and Fridays to clean. Our lawn/landscape professional comes on Wednesdays. These dates are subject to change based on weather or other factors, but in general that is when they are scheduled.
