This fully self-contained annexe has a good size kitchen/diner, shower room WC, bedroom (which can be made up as a twin or king bed) and spacious living room.  The property also benefits from a sheltered, sunny patio to the front with furniture - please note that the owners who live next door may need very occasional right of way across the patio.  Parking for one small to medium size vehicle is provided on site. There is one shallow step up into the kitchen from outside, one small step from the patio doors down onto the patio and one step up into the large raised shower cubicle, other than that, Giggles provides easy access accommodation across one level.
