A large and modern house on an idyllic lake and on the edge of a large nature reserve just 1 hour from Stockholm and 1 hour and 15 minutes from Arlanda. The space This is a modern house with all the modern conveniences you would expect but furnished in a contemporary country style. Heating is taken from a powerful earth heating system with water taken from a well. This ecofriendly home will keep you nice and cozy in the winter and light and breezy in the summer. There is a lake (see pictures) for swimming/relaxing in the summer and ice skating in the winter that is approx. 300 meters away. There is also a large gas fired bbq that can be used along with a bicycle to pop to the shops/explore. This is a state-of-the-art house with all the comforts decorated in a cozy country style where you can immediately feel at home. The house is heated very efficiently with geothermal heating in the winter with underfloor heating, in the summer it is possible to open skylights for a nice breeze. Swimming opportunities are only a stone's throw away as the house is only 300 meters from a very family-friendly beach by an idyllic lake. In the house, you have access to a large barbecue in season and a bicycle is available to borrow to get to the store.
