This is a charming Studio room with breakfast bar & private bath, it is part of our single family home, that has 2 entrances - one is your own private off the driveway, includes ski storage. Robes & slippers , a mini kitchen - for late night snacks or morning oatmeal & coffee . Murphy -bed QUEEN size , single hide-a- bed & a full bath. Laundry ( shared with us ), 2 TV's, high speed internet, shared Hot Tub , Continental Breakfast , non smoking, short walk TOV Bus, Parking - 1 car. This wonderful studio is part of our single family home, plus your hosts has lived in Vail for over 45 years and is active in the community. Continental breakfast included. This studio will sleep a total of 2 people, please no extra guests unless you consult with the hosts & quite hours are from 9PM till 7AM. Guest will enjoy the fenced backyard & patio areas and there is 1 parking space assigned to the guest. While staying in the studio you have laundry facilities (shared) which are available upon reservation 9AM to 8PM .We also have a shared hot tub for the guests to use from 7AM to 9PM, around the house on the west side. We love getting to know our guests & also respecting each others privacy. The Hostess & Host live in this home and we are more than happy to answer any questions our guest have about the area & activities. We live & play here year round. We like to give you your privacy and visa versa. I love the 3 min walk to the free Town of Vail Bus service. This service runs on the 1/2 hr. during ski season and high season summer. You are a 10 minute walk to the Cascade Ski Lift along a recreational path off street, which at the lift you can purchase your ski tickets , rental equipment and be on the mountain skiing in just a short lift ride. This wonderful home is only a 20 minute walk to Lionshead & 30 min walk to the center of Vail Village along a creek side recreational walkway. Beaver Creek is only a 15 - 20 min (small fee) bus ride away from the studio. Yes we are on the TOV free bus service to all amenities - grocery, skiing, hiking, biking, stores & dinning. We are only a quarter of a mile from the nearest chair lift. We are located just 35 minutes from the Eagle County airport. There is taxi service from the airport plus for a small fee the Eagle County Bus service ECO. The ECO stop is only 3 blocks from the Studio. DIA in Denver, CO is only 2.0 hours away. Your Host & Hostess have a total combination of over 60 years of living the dream in Vail, Colorado. We both work & play here - so we are a quite household . We try and keep all noise down after 10PM.
