The space No. 6 Seawell Road is a fully equipped 3 bedroom property which sleeps 6 comfortably with two doubles bedrooms and a twin room. With a family bathroom and an en suite for the master bedroom. The open plan living/dining room and kitchen has views south and west to the sea off Crooklets beach and along the Downs to the ‘Pepper Pot’ which looks back over Summerleaze beach. On the clearest days you can make out the headland points as far south as Crackington and beyond. The Kitchen is fully equipped with double oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle with a washing machine and tumble dryer situated in the utility room. The bedrooms are light and airy with the master bedroom enjoying its own bathroom and sitting area with sofa, tv and room to play or relax with a book. You can enter the garden either from the large sliding patio doors off the living space or directly out from the master bedroom onto the wrap around patio. Here there is ample seating options from a large hand built dining table benches to a cosy seat in the sun or shade. The front garden enjoys the views down to the coast for perfect sunsets and the rear elevated lawn has views to the rolling hills to the south. Up here your more than welcome to let any children explore and use the swings, trampoline, slides or our mud kitchen play area. There’s a small veg garden which you’re more than welcome to make use of. We also have a summer house which a favourite spot for either playing or relaxing in. There’s a large bbq which is yours to enjoy with plenty of room to cook for the family. The living space has a large seating area with tv and Now tv box and DVD player with a selection for the young and old. There is parking for two on the drive or plenty of on road parking. The property is a 3 min drive or a 15min walk to Crooklets beach or the same over the golf course into the middle of Bude. The road is a quiet, residential no through road which is peaceful even in the height of summer. There is plenty of storage for surf boards and beach equipment and if you wish to book any surf lessons before you arrive please let us know as we can recommend several of the local coaches.
