Discover our many lakes, vineyards, waterfalls, mountains, caves, rivers, walks for families or groups of friends, and lots of activities to do near the house! Fishing, hiking, mountain biking, via ferrata, many lakes and rivers (including a lifeguarded lake with "Jura Splash" inflatable games and pedal boats 10 minutes away), canoeing, beautiful waterfalls including those of the Hérisson and the Tuffs, the villages of Baume-les-Messieurs and Château-Châlon, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, gastronomy, especially our AOC cheeses and wines, a large entertainment center 10 minutes away (bowling alley, trampolines, laser tag, kids' park, climbing, escape room), visits to castles, the Royal Saltworks of Arc-et-Senans, many ponds where you can admire the fauna and flora... The gîte is for exclusive use. It has a capacity of 8 to 9 people, with a closed garage for 1 car as well as a parking space in front of the house (you can also park in the alley without any issues). Outdoor area with garden furniture and loungers, barbecue and pétanque court. Stone-vaulted cellar that has been converted into a games room with a ping pong table, foosball table and bar. The house consists of 3 large bedrooms (2 are on the ground floor, each with a double bed (140x190)). There is also a cot with a changing table. The third bedroom upstairs has a small double bed (130 x 180 cm), a single bed (90 x 190 cm) and 2 bunk beds (90 x 190 cm). Lovely living room with fully equipped kitchen (oven, cooktop, large dishwasher, microwave, Senseo pod coffee maker, 12-cup filter coffee maker, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, fondue and raclette machine, plancha grill...) Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, as well as 1 WC. There is a second WC on the ground floor. Ideal for 2 couples with children (the 2 bedrooms on the ground floor are great for the parents, and the upstairs is more of a play area and sleeping area for the children). We prefer to host families. Rental from Saturday to the following Saturday during school vacations. Possibility to rent on weekends (2 nights min) from 6 p.m. on Friday to 6 p.m. on Sunday. Check-in and check-out times can be flexible if the cottage is available; we will agree on them together. Optional: End-of-stay cleaning €60 Bed linen rental Rental of a set of bath linens (contact us for rates) All baby equipment provided free of charge (crib, changing table, bouncer, highchair, folding stroller, bathtub, dishes, play mat) Complimentary Wi-Fi (router). 1 pet may be allowed by prior agreement from us. Two security deposit checks will be required upon arrival and returned upon exit. (I'm mentioning this here because it's not always included in the rules.)
