A 1920s house, Nancy Art Deco, in the heart of the village, at the end of a farmhouse, flooded with greenery and light on a 46-acre plot near Longwy, Luxembourg or Belgium. Gite classified 4 stars/4 stars of tourism. The space House completely renovated in 2013/2014 with an area of 140 m2 in the heart of the village. 15 km from Longwy (Longwy enamels, Vauban fortifications) and the Belgian and Luxembourg borders. Halfway to the Amnéville tourist complex (one of the largest zoos in Europe, Thermapolis, Casino, indoor ski, etc.) or Walygator Park. The accommodation has 6 beds but only 5 single beds in 3 bedrooms (2 x 2 beds of 90 by 200 + 1 bed of 160 by 200). For professional stays, the number of people is limited to 5 (unless couples). No possibility of adding an extra bed or coming with an extra mattress. Other things to note - linens and towels provided - beds made on arrival - internet, Wi-Fi, Orange TV, TNT - end-of-stay cleaning option for an additional fee - electricity consumption package (heating, water heating, cooking), billing exceeding the EDF rate (possible from 10 to 20 euros per day in cold weather depending on the use of heating)
