Between Toulouse and Montpellier, Belsoleil is a unique place isolated from the world where you will enjoy the calm, silence and starry skies. It allows you to rest, to find your personal rhythm and to ensure a real fitness of body and mind. Located 4 km from the 1st neighbor, in a wooded and preserved environment, you will enjoy exceptional views of the Pyrenees. Our two adjoining cottages are modular for 2 to 10 people. Contact us for rates. The space The house can accommodate up to 8 people. It includes: - 1 living room with a kitchen area open to the outdoor terrace on one level. The functional open fireplace is a real treat during the off-season. We provide you with the wood to fuel it. Sleeping arrangements: - 1 BEDROOM with a 160 bed and a crib, with adjoining bathroom - 1 BEDROOM with 2 35-inch (90 cm) bunk beds and an adjoining shower room 2 MEZZANINES (spaces with fairly low ceilings): - 1 with a 160 bed located above the living room - 1 with a 140 bed located above the room with the bunk beds. Be sure to bring your own bed and bath linen. Otherwise, rental is possible (€7.50/person for bed linen and €5/person for bathroom linen). Inside, you'll find books, children's games, and board games. There is no TV or Wi-Fi, but 4G works on phones in certain areas of the property. If necessary, we can set up a CPL KIT between our house and the cottage. On site, you have at your disposal a swimming pool (8x4x1.5) shared with the small cottage (2 pers.; it is heated by solar heating and secured by a gate.. Also available, a ping pong table. You can play pétanque on the fairly spacious parking lot. Guest access The independent house is fully available to guests. It is located in the heart of nature and there is no barrier or fence. To access it, GPS are very often incompetent and may lead you down improbable paths... the best way to arrive safely is to follow the "instructions" that we send you to come to the house. Other things to note - The occupancy can be increased to 10 with the addition of "La Trollière" for an extra charge (€60/night). - "La Trollière" is located below the large cottage, and if it is occupied, it is good to respect the tranquility of the other guests and the place, especially between 11 pm and 8 am. - Low season rates include wood-fired central heating. - The pool is shared between the two gites. It is not exclusive to either one. - We provide: * environmentally friendly cleaning and laundry products * a small selection of basic groceries (oil, vinegar, pepper and salt, spices). * Linen is optional for an extra charge of €7.50/person for bed linen and €5/person for bathroom linen (to be confirmed at the time of rental)
