Between Toulouse and Montpellier, Belsoleil is a unique place isolated from the world where you will enjoy the quiet, silence and starry skies. It allows you to rest to regain your personal rhythm and ensure a true fitness of body and mind. Located 4 km from the 1st neighbor, in a wooded and unspoiled environment, you will enjoy an exceptional view towards the Pyrenees. Our two adjoining cottages are modular from 2 to 10 people. Check with us for rates. The space The house can accommodate up to 8 people. It includes: - 1 living room with a kitchen area open to the outdoor terrace on one level. The functional open fireplace is a real amenity during the off-season. We provide you with wood to feed it. Sleeping arrangements: - 1 BEDROOM with a 160 bed and a crib, with adjoining bathroom - 1 BEDROOM with 2 bunk beds in 90 and a adjoining shower room 2 MEZZANINES (fairly low ceiling spaces): - 1 with a 160 bed located above the living room - 1 with a 140 bed located above the room with the bunk beds. Be sure to bring your own bed and bath linen. Otherwise, rental possible for €12.50/person. Inside you'll find books, children's games, and board games. There is no TV or wifi but 4G works on phones in some areas of the property. On site, you have at your disposal a swimming pool (8x4x1.5) shared with the small cottage (2 pers.; it is heated by solar heating and secured by a gate.. Also available, a ping pong table. You can play pétanque on the fairly spacious parking space. Guest access The detached house is fully available for guest use. It is located in the heart of nature and there are no barriers or fences. To access it, GPS is very often incompetent and may drag you into unlikely paths... the best, to arrive smoothly, is to follow the "instructions for use" that we send you to come to the house. Other things to note - Accommodation capacity can be increased to 10 with the addition of "la trollière" for an extra charge (€60/night). - "La trollière" is located below the large cottage and, if it is occupied, it is good to respect the tranquility of other guests. - We ask that you respect the quiet hours between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. - Low season rates include central wood heating. - The pool is shared between the two gites. It is not exclusive to one or the other. Please note that guests of the "grand gite" must be mindful of people who have rented "La trollière" (at the pool and in the common areas). -We provide: * eco-friendly cleaning and laundry products * a small grocery base (oil, vinegar, pepper and salt, spices). * Bed and bath linen is optional for €12.50 per person.(to be confirmed at the time of rental)
