Location! Super clean apt. 8 min walk to Hunter!

A one minute drive to Hunter Mountain or 10 minute (1500 foot :) walk! This cozy, newly renovated apartment is ideal for a small family or group of 4. One bedroom with a queen bed, spacious living room with a futon, bathroom, and kitchenette with dining area. This arrangement is very much like a 2 family home and this is the lower level. We recently installed security cameras on the OUTSIDE. If this is a problem for you please let us know asap. The space This is totally separate space with an efficiency kitchen. This is basically a "walk out" basement apartment and we want to make that very clear! It's very dry, clean and bright because it stands so far out of the ground! It gets wonderful reviews and lives very much like a 2 family. Bring slippers... the floor tends to be chilly in winter. Yes! You will hear others if they are upstairs. This is much like a 2 family. It’s a cozy environment on a dead end street with no homes on the opposite side. Only a view of the mountains and the sound of the river. It’s reasonably private....We have neighbors around but they can barely be seen through a screen of trees in the summer. Guest access There is a digital pass lock on a separate entrance. The code will be given at the appropriate time to the renter responsible. Other things to note Please keep in mind that this is not a hotel but our vacation home. It's a ski house next to a mountain. We work on it ourselves. It requires a different level of practical considerations such as turning the water on at the supply valve, cleaning up after yourself, removing snow from in front of the door if it blows in and checking things such as heat settings when you exit, lighting switched off and windows closed etc.
