The garden can be used by all guests of the house and main house, but the cottage has its own terrace. The space Our vacation home with private terrace is located in the large garden of our main house. In the main house there are other apartments in the attic. Our garden house is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, glasses, etc. and is rented with bed linens, towels and hairdryer. The kitchen has a dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Kitchen and living room are connected by a large open pass-through. In the living room there is a dining area and a cozy XXL sofa, a large TV, a small radio with CD player. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, another with a bunk bed and a pull-out day bed. This creates a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m). There is a selection of toys for the kids and board games for everyone. Important: Please note in your calculation: The cost of electricity and the modern electric radiators are billed via a digital meter at the current purchase price per kWh (without surcharge). Please deposit the amount in cash before departure. On the terrace there is a table and chairs. In the large garden - which is available to all guests - there is more furniture (chairs, deck chairs) and a grill. You can use a swing and a small sandbox. Our property is located directly on the forest on the outskirts of Bad Sachsa in a south-facing location on the Brandberg. A few meters from the house begin the short hiking trails to the adventure pool "Salztalparadies", to the ice rink, to the indoor playground, to the tennis court, to the ski center "Ravensberg", to the Kuckanstal, Märchengrund, Greifvogelpark…. The tennis court is 350 m from us, as are the adventure playground and the spa park. There is a new great climbing gym right in the center (Basecamp). The center of Bad Sachsa can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. (Distance 1.2 km). There are lots of shopping opportunities here and you can relax in restaurants or cafes. Enjoy relaxing hours in absolute tranquility or a number of leisure activities for families with children. Guest access You will occupy the cottage and the terrace alone. The garden is available to all guests (main house). The front part of the garden is reserved for the long-term tenants. Other things to note Since our house is at the end of the street that ends in front of the forest, there is no through traffic. It is very quiet here.
