Our apartments are located in a building that dates back to the 17th century and has been newly renovated with a lot of love for detail. Many historical elements have been incorporated into the new interior and give all apartments a modern and cozy atmosphere. The space Green apartment, 2nd floor: 4 ½ room apartment for 5-7 people, living space 110.00 m²  1 room with double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), work area, seating area, equipped with TV and Wi-Fi. 1 room with double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), sofa bed, work area, with TV and Wi-Fi. 1 room with single bed (1.20 m x 2.00 m), work area, with TV and Wi-Fi. 1 bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, washer/dryer and hair dryer. Guest toilet with sink. Living/dining area with sofa corner, dining table for max. 10 people, TV, Wi-Fi. The kitchen area with storage room is open and equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave, etc. All living rooms are laid with oiled organic oak parquet, smoke detectors are installed. Other things to note To get to your apartment, use the main entrance, which is located at Hindenburgstrasse 16. This is located in the pedestrian zone. Parking is available in the adjacent cross street in the immediate vicinity. PLEASE NOTE: We charge a final cleaning fee. This is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon departure.
