Our apartment is located in the quiet forest area of Mainz-Gonsenheim. The apartment (26 sqm) has a modern shower bath, a small kitchen with stove/oven and is equipped with WIFI, TV and Bluetooth Hifi. Good public transport to Mainz city (25 min) and university (20 min). The forest near and invites you to jog and relax. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking in front of the house. Long term renters are welcome! Rent is discounted staggered at 1 week/4weeks. The space The studio has a separate outside entrance and is fully equipped with everything you need for either a short stop or a longer stay. Bed linens and towels are provided. The leather sofa in the living area quickly transforms into a bed with a high-quality slatted frame and a comfortable mattress (1.60m), already made up with bedding. Just add the pillows and duvet, and it's ready to sleep. It’s just as quick to turn back into a comfortable sofa during the day. In the kitchen, you'll find coffee, coffee filters, tea, and all the essentials for cooking, such as oil, spices, etc. For your first morning after arrival, you'll find a small breakfast in the fridge: fresh rolls to bake, butter, jam, cheese, and two eggs. Still mineral water (medium) is available for you to enjoy as much as you'd like. Guest access To the apartment belong 2 bicycles for free use. Washing machines and dryers can be used without further costs and by arrangement. Other things to note The apartment comes with two quality bicycles you’re welcome to use—perfect for a ride to the Rhine in Budenheim (about 20 minutes) or to downtown Mainz (about 25 minutes). For longer stays (7+ or 30+ days), discounted rates are already included in the price. If you're staying for an extended period, the apartment will be cleaned every two weeks (based on your schedule): floors vacuumed and mopped, bathroom cleaned, and bed linens changed. Fresh towels are always available in plenty.
