The space 🎈 THE MILL & THE STUDIO 🎈 (9 bedrooms / 14 beds / up to 17 guests) - The ground floor is a completely open space featuring a kitchen with a central island, a dining area, and a living room — about 80m² in total. The dining area opens onto a small reading lounge overlooking the river, both through the large bay window and through a section of glass flooring that lets you see the water flowing right beneath your feet. - On the first floor, there is a lounge and 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. - On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms sharing one bathroom. - On the top floor, you’ll find a large 45m² open space that can be used as a workroom, relaxation area, playroom, or dormitory (3 single beds). - A separate studio located in the courtyard offers an additional bedroom with private bathroom and toilet (2 extra sleeps). 🎈 ANNEXES 🎈 (optional, subject to availability) - Small annex: 2 additional bedrooms (6 extra sleeps). Guest access Le Moulin Inattendu shares a common courtyard with the neighboring cottage. Parking in the Mill's courtyard is prohibited due to fire safety concerns. You can drive in to unload your belongings, but afterward, you'll need to park in the designated areas. Authorized parking: - On the right along the railing in the path leading to the Mill's entrance. - At the hamlet entrance, along the field (at the top of the hill following the path that exits from the Mill). Prohibited parking: - In the Mill's courtyard. - At the intersection of paths at the Mill's entrance (this blocks the passage of tractors). Not adhering to this point exposes us to a fine from the municipality and jeopardizes your security deposit. Other things to note Le Moulin Inattendu is perfectly suited for family gatherings or get-togethers with friends. However, we are very mindful of respecting the property and its surroundings.
