At the gates of Toulouse: villa on the Canal du Midi

Perfect for relaxing and sharing beautiful moments with family or friends, our spacious house is located opposite the Canal du Midi and just 30 minutes from the center of Toulouse. Amenities are close by (supermarket and local shops within 10 minutes). Various games, trampoline, swing, ping pong table... will be left at your disposal. A perimeter alarm secures the pool. The space At the end of the building, on the other side of the house, there is a hangar and a garage intended for my husband's professional activity. The entrance is made by a gate and a door independent of the rest of the housing. He will probably access it discreetly during your stay to retrieve equipment and park his truck. Guest access The following will be closed: - on the ground floor, an office at the end of the hallway that provides access to the garage - the indoor garage - the dressing room of bedroom 2 - upstairs: the two children's bedrooms. The rest of the house is freely accessible. Other things to note Cats have taken up residence in our garden. They are very cute and discreet but can walk around on the terraces and around the house. We have become accustomed to feeding them every day and hope you will not mind doing so in our absence.
