There is no flexibility on these limits, and they cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. BEHAVIOR / NOISE One of the most coveted features of this neighborhood is the quiet relaxation it offers. This is not a party house, and excessive noise or exceeding the number of allowed guests will not be tolerated. Outdoor music at any hour is prohibited by City Ordinance. (This includes playing music indoors with the doors open). A quiet hour of 10pm must be respected. Any noise after this time must not be audible at the property line. A noise violation will result in costly fines, which will be withheld from your security deposit. A second or egregious violation will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental fees.
