Description
Beautiful late 19th-century villa, all in stone and wood, arranged on 3 floors. The rooms are located on the first and second floors and almost all have a beautiful view with a balcony. A large, fully fenced garden surrounds the house and makes it perfect for children as well; a stone fountain provides excellent fresh water. The space A house of yesteryear on which the cool wind of the Levanne Alps blows. Looking up and around, you can appreciate the true and unique beauty of this place: the ceilings are all original and frescoed with wonderful floral decorations and cheerful blue swallows that call for spring. Looking out from the balconies, you can enjoy the wonderful panorama of the Levanne with their glacier. When the wind blows through the beech trees, sit on the edge of the door, close your eyes and let yourself be lulled: you will smell the scent of these ancient places, so unique and rare. Guest access The entire villa will be available to guests. The rooms available will be those requested in the reservation, equipped with beds made and towels. The others will not be accessible and must not be used. From the wrought iron gate you can access the driveway, which can be traveled by car, to comfortably park the car in the garden, at the back. Other things to note The Villa is located at the end of the street that bears its name. There are other houses along the street, a few meters away. In the evening it could be cool, both inside and outside. It's a good idea to bring a golf jacket and something for the rain. The valley is very green because it often rains, but the sun returns quickly, just as it has gone. The rooms of the whole house were custom-furnished by a carpenter of the time. The beds are all single, placed side by side in the double rooms, but still single. The mattresses in the three bedrooms on the first floor are all new, custom-made in 2022. Those in the rooms on the second floor are tall and very soft, padded with wool as in times gone by. For some, accustomed to a hard bed, the beds on the second floor may be uncomfortable. It is an old house, with old wooden fixtures that may let in a few drafts. In summer, of course, it is not a problem, but dust builds up very quickly. I therefore believe it is not a suitable accommodation for those who are allergic to dust. There are antique furnishings and furniture that require special attention and delicacy in their use. In the garden behind the Villa, a large barbecue area is at the complete disposal of guests who will have to get the wood before arriving at the house (more details and directions are given to guests who confirm the reservation) Registration Details IT001118C2LF2MFH62
