Wayford Bridge is a private development of five holiday cottages, adjoining a boatyard (owners live on-site), just set off the Great Yarmouth road near to Stalham, making an excellent touring and exploring base by boat or car. For guests enjoyment a dinghy is provided with each cottage, and use of an indoor heated swimming pool and sauna (not open to public) shared between the five cottages. Each cottage has patio doors to the riverside patio and its own small private garden with seating furniture and private quay heading, where fishing can be enjoyed in season. Malt Shovel (ref 17429) has a balcony leading off from the living room over looking the river. Easy driving distance to the coastline, with wide sandy beaches and nature reserves. Stalham, Wroxham, Hickling and Barton Broad all within 15 minutes drive. Norwich City, 12 miles. Great Yarmouth, 16 miles. National Trust properties within ½ an hours drive. Shop and pub 250 yards.
