Located in Plomodiern, surrounded by nature, less than 2 km from the beautiful sandy beach of Pentrez-Lestrevet, this large house is ideal for a stay with family or friends in summer or winter. It has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 11 people. Rental 2 nights minimum and in summer from Saturday to Saturday. No pets unless agreed, thank you. Sheets and towels are not included in the rental price, if necessary ask us thank you (€15 per person) The space The house has on the ground floor: a large, very bright living space, consisting of the living room with fireplace, the dining room and an equipped kitchen. One bedroom with double bed, two bathrooms, two toilets and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The floor has 5 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed. Each room has a magnificent view of the garden. 1 shower room consisting of a shower cubicle and 2 sinks as well as a separate toilet is also upstairs. While the house is pleasant all year round, thanks in particular to its fireplace, in summer, the inhabitants particularly appreciate being able to have lunch on the terrace overlooking a very large wooded garden. Vacationers can reach the pretty Pentrez-Lestrevet beach in 7 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bike or 30 minutes on foot by road or through the forest, we also have hiking trails including the GR34. The small town of Plomodiern is 3.5 km away and offers a wide variety of shops, including a supermarket, bakery, fishmonger, pharmacy and Michelin-starred restaurant. The Armorique Regional Natural Park, located less than 5 minutes from the house, offers tenants the opportunity to discover the most beautiful landscapes of the region, including the Pointe de Penhir, which is about 40 minutes away.
