Cozy apartment in a listed Villa

The space Haus Liebing in Dresden with its recently restored holiday flat is located right in the middle between the architectural splendour of the old town and the romantic appeal of the surrounding landscape: in Blasewitz, the oldest villa district in Dresden. The beautiful flat is pleasantly fresh and light when you enter the spacious hallway, from which all the rooms with their warm-looking antique floorboards can be reached. To the left is the living room with its fireplace, where you can relax in front of a comfortable seating area with two armchairs and a couch. A double door connects it to the dining room, which invites you to linger and enjoy an extensive meal at home by the cosy tiled stove. In summer, the old wooden veranda, which can be reached from this room and promises relaxation under the leafy canopy of a hundred-year-old wisteria, is also a tempting place. Villa Liebing is a historic house, a listed building. Although technically equipped in a contemporary manner, we would like to point out that certain functional details such as window and door openers, staircase handrails and step heights may not comply with the current standard and might harbour a possible source of danger.
