Our 5-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom cabin spans three floors, providing ample space and is the ideal spot for making memories. World-class skiing right at your doorstep. Whether you’re seeking adventure or relaxation, our cabin offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Gather around the fireplace after a day of exploring, or enjoy a meal together in our inviting kitchen. The space The home has three finished floors of living space, with 2 bedrooms located on the lower floor and 3 on the third floor. The second floor/main floor is dedicated to the open concept living area, where you will find a well appointed kitchen that opens up to both the dining and living rooms. Other main floor features include: - A wood burning stove brings additional warmth/ambience to the room. - Plenty of windows on the main floor provide loads of natural light. - Two separate decks accessible off the main floor - Smart TV with access to streaming services (Netflix, D+, Amz Prime, Spot.) - In ceiling surround sound system on the main floor extends to both decks. The lower floor includes a second living area with a TV and wet bar. Other lower floor features: - washer and dryer are both accessible on the lower floor The house has two and half bathrooms. The lower level bathroom has a combination shower/tub and the third floor bathroom includes a full walk in shower. The half bath/powder room is located on the main floor. There are two decks on the property. The first is west facing off the front of the house, providing plenty of afternoon sunshine and a wonderful mountain view. The second is a wrap around deck which covers the back of the house and is nestled amongst the trees. The back deck is equipped with a full BBQ, outdoor dining furniture and a wood burning stove/chimenea. The back deck, in behind the house, is where you will find the private hot tub. The front entrance is off the lower floor and has plenty of hooks and storage for your skies/boards. Finally, there is also a large firepit in the front yard with plenty of seating for everyone. PLEASE NOTE - The Regional District of East Kootenay now limits guest capacity to 10, though the house could comfortably accommodate more. Adult occupancy is limited to 8. Please enquire with your number of adults and children. Enjoy! Guest access The house has ample parking which is easily accessible off the main road into Panorama. It can easily accommodate 4 or 5 vehicles.
