The space Our home is a 4 bedrooms and one office , 3.5bathroom home in the heart of midtown Palo Alto . 100% new construction just completed in 2019. 2.4 miles to Stanford university and university avenue; 15 minutes to San Jose internationals Airport; 7 mins to the California Ave Caltrain Stations; You are welcome to use our kitchen for the occasional light cooking as well as our washer and dryer. We want you to feel at home! We are still in the process of adding new furniture and details. Other things to note Do: -Check-in quickly and call us immediately at if there are any issues -Respect quiet hours 10pm-7am everyday -Remove shoes when entering the house -Turn off lights when leave the room, always lock the front door -Please conserve water, we are having a severe drought -Check your belongs before check-out -Return the room key before check out, $10 for lost key -Notify us at least 24 hours in advance for early check-in or late check-out -Allow the cleaners to service the house between 11am-4pm during check-out and check-in   -Kitchen is allowed for light use, i.e. microwave, filtered water, and refrigerator for light storage -Put used toilet paper/paper to the waste bin.
