Watch movies on a 46" LED HD TV with Hulu live channels, Netflix, Apple +, MAX, etc. There is a laser printer in and a shredder in the office. •The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator and icemaker, microwave, convection oven/stove dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, pots/pans, and spices, etc. •The washer/dryer is next to the kitchen with a front-loading LG washing machine. •The bathroom is roomy with instant hot water, a bathtub, and a showerhead with various functions. If you open the windows, you have a view of a green valley. •With central air and heat on a NEST thermostat, the house is always at a comfortable temperature. The thick walls provide substantial insulation that provides a comfortable indoor temperature. •While a dinner party is lovely, sorry no parties. •The backyard feels like the Mediterranean with olive trees and drought-tolerant plants surrounding the lovely eating area, a fire pit with seating, and 2 chaise lounges in its nook. Feel free to move the furniture around. •The house has hardwood floors except for one of the bedrooms and no pets make for an allergy-friendly environment. •The house has easy access to freeways including the 101, 2, I-5, and 110, which lead you to Hollywood and Downtown. You can walk down to Sunset in about 15 minutes. It is a short drive to Silver Lake or Los Feliz. Using Uber/Lyft is easy in this area. •The neighborhood has lots to offer. Around the corner, Lady Byrd Cafe has take-out coffee or a sitdown meal and drink. Valerie's is famous for her chocolates and serves delicious food. Cookbook for gourmet foods. Recent guests who stayed a month had no idea there was anyone below.
