The space This old sheepfold, composed of 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms or showers and 5 toilets, a large equipped kitchen, a living room and a dining room with Wi-Fi access around a beautiful U-shaped courtyard with a terrace of 85 m2, a heated swimming pool available from mid-May to mid-October, can accommodate up to 15 people throughout the year. Guest access 10-minute walk to the village of Marsanne and its shops, 5-minute bike or electric mountain bike ride (rental at the tourist office) or 2-minute drive. Fenced parking area for 6–8 cars. Montélimar train station 20 minutes, Valence TGV train station 40 minutes, Avignon TGV train station 1 hour 10 minutes. Part of the building is reserved for us, but the entrances and spaces of each (entrances, gardens and terraces) are completely independent.
