In the heart of the Provençal Drôme, this 230 m² farmhouse, classified as 4-ear, has been fully renovated and enjoys the calm of the countryside. 6 out of 7 bedrooms were fitted with air conditioning in 2026, and the 7th remains cool even in summer. Close to major roads, between Lyon and Marseille, the Mas du Pas is an ideal place for gatherings with family or friends. 1 km from Marsanne and its shops. The space This former sheepfold, comprising 7 bedrooms, 6 of which are air-conditioned (the 7th stays cool even in summer), 5 bathrooms or shower rooms and 5 WCs, a large fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a dining room with Wi-Fi access, all arranged around a beautiful U-shaped courtyard with an 85 m² terrace and a heated pool available from mid-May to mid-October, can accommodate up to 15 people year-round. Guest access 10-minute walk to the village of Marsanne and its shops, 5-minute bike or electric mountain bike ride (rental at the tourist office) or 2-minute drive. Fenced parking area for 6–8 cars. Montélimar train station 20 minutes, Valence TGV train station 40 minutes, Avignon TGV train station 1 hour 10 minutes. Part of the building is reserved for us, but the entrances and spaces of each (entrances, gardens and terraces) are completely independent. We respect everyone's privacy and remain very discreet but available if needed. The pool is reserved for you. Other things to note Linens and towels are included. Beds are made. A thorough cleaning is carried out after each stay with products adapted to the sanitary circumstances.
